SOAHAC is pleased to share this update regarding primary health care services at its Chippewas of the Thames site. We have been working hard to ensure that you and your family have access to high quality health care services, and would like to acknowledge the Chippewa site Integrated Care Team, including the nurse practitioners who have provided continuous primary care services during a shortage of providers. We are also thrilled to share that our physician recruitment efforts over the past several months have been successful!
Please join us in welcoming Dr. Steven Steinberg, who will begin seeing clients at the Chippewa site on March 19, 2018. Dr. Steinberg has over 40 years’ experience as a Physician. He has held various titles and positions throughout his career, including Medical Director of the Medicine Care Center and Medical Director of Addiction and Mental Health at the North Bay General Hospital. He has vast knowledge and expertise in the areas of mental health and addictions, and providing care to complex patients. See Dr. Steinberg’s full bio online at www.soahac.on.ca/dr-steinberg.
We would also like to announce the hiring of a second physician, Dr. Anne-Pascale Bartleman, who will be starting full time in July, 2018!
