We are seeking a consultant to conduct an interim and final evaluation of the Contribution Agreement between Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami’s Department of Health and Social Development and Health Canada’s First Nations Inuit Health Branch. This work is to assess whether the contribution agreement is a rational and effective way to fund the work of the Department of Health and Social Development, and to ensure accountability for funds released under the agreement.
