The Honourable Vic Toews, Minister of Public Safety, Regional Minister for Manitoba, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce an investment to the Salvation Army’s Winnipeg Booth Centre Ministries to help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Minister Toews will be available for a photo op and to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
