The Panel wishes to advise the parties that it has set a *partial schedule for the COO and the NAN’s Joint Motion as follows:
April 15, 2025
Cut-off deadline for filing Notices of motions for Interested party status in the OFA Approval Joint Motion and submissions (max 10 pages). The Tribunal will revisit the schedule for the parties’ responses and the moving parties’ replies during the days following April 15, 2025. A different schedule and a separate path will be set for those who are not seeking to participate in the OFA Approval Joint Motion. Given that the Tribunal has not yet seen the final number of motions and the substance of the submissions, this is not included in the rest of the schedule for now.
