Canada’s population estimates and dependency ratio: Health regions and peer groups, July 1, 2020

Updated population estimates and dependency ratios by health region and peer groups are now available for 2020. Health regions represent administrative areas for health service delivery within a province or territory. Health regions have been grouped into “peer groups” to allow for comparisons of health regions with similar demographic and socioeconomic characteristics.
