Gross domestic product, income and expenditure, fourth quarter 2025
Real gross domestic product declined 0.2% in the fourth quarter of 2025, after rising 0.6% in the third quarter. The fourth quarter decrease was due to withdrawals of business inventories following inventory accumulations in the third quarter.

Real gross domestic product expanded 0.2% in December, predominantly on strength in services-producing industries.

Cancer incidence in Canada, 2023
Today, Statistics Canada is releasing new and updated data on cancer incidence from the Canadian Cancer Registry. The two tables in this release include information on cancer cases diagnosed from 1992 to 2023 available by cancer types, geographic regions, age groups and sex. This release includes updated cancer incidence data for Quebec.
