Supporting students and advancing knowledge: How the Indigenous Health Learning Lodge is shaping the future – Faculty of Health Sciences – McMaster University

The Indigenous Health Learning Lodge (IHLL) works alongside the Faculty of Health Sciences to create and foster a culturally safe learning environment.

Paul O’Byrne, dean and vice-president of the Faculty of Health Sciences, spoke with Kelly Gordon, associate director of the Indigenous Health Learning Lodge, about the IHLL and how it supports all members of the health sciences community.

Gordon describes the Indigenous Health Learning Lodge as a welcoming space for Indigenous and non-Indigenous learners, faculty and staff, as well as those seeking support and those interested in learning about Indigenous health sciences education and Indigenous culture.
