If you have received a coupon, our Dundas Street Site (493-495 Dundas St) is open to participants at the following times*:

• Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11am – 7pm
• Fridays 11am – 6pm
• Saturdays 10am – 4pm

You are welcome to drop in, but scheduling a survey appointment through survey@soahac.on.ca or calling/texting 226-376-6689 is preferred to reserve a spot.

*Please note that survey appointments will not be held on November 11, or at all between December 24-January 4
