Public exposure notification for some East Three Elementary School classes in Inuvik

YELLOWKNIFE Oct. 15, 2021 – The Chief Public Health Officer (CPHO) is advising the parents of some students at the East Three Elementary School in Inuvik to immediately isolate and arrange testing for their children. The requirement is for all children in junior kindergarten who attended school on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 830 am to 12 noon.

Children who attended either of the junior kindergarten classes on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 830 am to 12 noon, must Isolate for 10 days. Parents must arrange for testing for the children isolating.

These are difficult requirements for young children and their families. Please be supportive.
