The Project Manager for Tuberculosis (TB) Elimination leads the implementation of the TB Elimination Regional Action Plan. This position reports to the Assistant Director for Health of NTI’s Department of Social and Cultural Development (SCD). The Project Manager will work in close collaboration with internal and external partners, including the Government of Nunavut, Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, and other partners invested in eliminating TB in Nunavut communities.
This role is multi-faceted in nature, involving elements of health promotion, health policy, community engagement and knowledge mobilization.
To be interviewed you must have a minimum of post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree with work experience in Inuit health, preferably related to communicable disease. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with policy development and knowledge mobilization.
The successful candidate will have strong written and communication skills in English, as well as fluency, or the willingness to undertake training to attain fluency, in Inuktut.
Also have a thorough knowledge of the Nunavut Agreement and NTI’s Mission. Preference will be given to Inuit who are enrolled under the Nunavut Agreement.

Starting salary $117,116.00 (commensurate with experience) and a Northern and Housing allowance of $27,600.00.
