Printable Alberta Vaccine Record Cards Now Available – CFWE

The province announced the need for the immunization record to access indoor services such as restaurants and bars beginning September 20, 2021.

Albertans needing proof they’re vaccinated against COVID-19 are now able to download cards from the Province’s Website.

The Alberta Government says the new cards can be downloaded with an Alberta Health number, without the need for creating an online account and with minimal or no wait time.

The card displays all the relevant information about the vaccine, including the type and the date when it was administered. It’s also available to all Albertans aged 12 years old and up.
