PAGC Pandemic Planning Committee Update

Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC) is taking steps to limit exposure to and spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).

PAGC has initiated its Pandemic Plan with its main leads from Emergency Services, Health, and Human Resources. As a result of these collective efforts to manage and respond to the evolving circumstances related to the global emergency, PAGC is cancelling its upcoming Senators’ Cup, which was scheduled to take place from April 3 – 5 at the Art Hauser Centre in Prince Albert. It was expected to bring 16 teams, coaches and spectators from across the province as well as Manitoba. Further to these cancellations, PAGC’s upcoming Fine Arts Festival in April will also be cancelled.

The PAGC Pandemic Plan Committee is led by PAGC’s Emergency Response Coordinator Lorne Stewart. The team will continue to work closely with its internal and external partners and stakeholders, providing reports on a daily basis.
