NU Government: Kindergarten preschool health assessment

Is your child starting kindergarten in Arviat, August 2018? The Arviat health centre will be conducting health assessments and immunizations for all children born in 2013. Please drop in or call the Arviat health centre at 867-857-3100 to book an appointment. Appointments are available on Monday afternoons.

A school screening appointment includes dental, vision and developmental screening, along with immunizations and tuberculosis testing.

The pre-kindergarten health assessment does not automatically register a student to attend school. Please call your school directly for student registration dates.
