TAKE NOTICE THAT an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Inter Tribal Health Authority will be conducted at:

10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2009
at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre (Nanaimo River Room),

Please note that one designate or proxy from each Member Community will receive an honorarium of $200 to assist with expenses. The honorariums will be distributed at the AGM. Advances will not be provided. You must confirm your attendance with Patti Browett (250-753-3990 Ext 233), patricia[at]intertribalhealth.ca by September 10, 2009, if you wish to receive your honorarium at the AGM. Those that have missed the deadline of September 10th will have their honorariums mailed to them after the AGM.
