The SART Expansion Action Plan is a collective effort to address the need for timely and client centred supports for victims of sexualized assault in rural Yukon communities. We heard the voices calling for greater access to services and with this Action Plan we remain committed to advancing this important work for Yukoners.
Minister of Health and Social Services and Minister of Justice Tracy Anne McPhee
Through extensive engagement, we heard clearly that communities want stronger coordination and closer collaboration. The SART expansion Action Plan reflects that feedback. By working hand in hand with community partners, we can ensure supports are responsive, culturally grounded and truly meet the needs of people across the Yukon.
