Did You Know?

There are many types of diabetes, but the 3 main ones are:

  • Type 1 Diabetes — The pancreas does not produce any insulin (a hormone that helpscontrol the amount of glucose or sugar in your blood)
  • Type 2 Diabetes — Your body cannot make enough insulin or does not properly use theinsulin it makes.
  • Gestational Diabetes — Can occur during pregnancy, triggered by hormones

Understanding diabetes is crucial for prevention and management!
