AHRNetS is pleased to announce the National Project “Evaluating the Impact of a National Support Network for Students, Interns, and Post-Doctoral researchers in Aboriginal Health”. Please review the information located in the menu under AHRNetS Survey. We are endeavouring to reach as many current and former awardees as possible that have been assisted by the ACADRE/NEAHR programs over the last 10 years. If you have any questions regarding the survey please do not hesitate to contact Libby Dean at libbyAHR@gmail.com. Thank you for your assistance with this project! The AHRNet Secretariat is the coordinating body for the nine Network Environments for Aboriginal Health Research (NEAHR) centres located across Canada.
These Centres are funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and the Institute of Aboriginal Peoples Health (IAPH). The Institute of Aboriginal Peoples’ Health (IAPH) was established in June 2000, along with the twelve other Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). Its role is to lead a national advanced research agenda in the area of Aboriginal health and promote innovative research that will serve to improve the health of Aboriginal people in Canada.
