TORONTO, March 31 – Campaign 2000 will be releasing its latest Report Card on Child & Family Poverty in Ontario on Wednesday, April 2 at the Queen’s Park Media Studio in Toronto. The report is being released in preparation for government consultations due to begin this spring to get input on Ontario’s Poverty Reduction Strategy.
Titled “The Road Ahead: Poverty Reduction in Ontario”, the report includes the latest statistics on child and family poverty in Ontario, and recommendations for government action.
