Media advisory: The Governments of Canada and Manitoba will announce new measures to increase access to treatment for substance use disorder

December 6, 2018 – On behalf of the Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, federal Minister of Health, the Honourable Jim Carr, Minister of International Trade Diversification, and the Honourable Cameron Friesen, Minister of Health, Seniors and Active Living, Province of Manitoba, will announce new measures to increase access to treatment for substance use disorder.

The Ministers will be available to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
