Media Advisory – The Conference Board of Canada hosts forum on indigenous health

REGINA, May 24, 2016– Key health indicators for Saskatchewan’s Indigenous people still remain below the rest of the province’s population. While some of these discrepancies are rooted in history, others are simply the result of public policy decisions.

The Conference Board of Canada’s Closing the Gap: Indigenous Health Innovations Forum will bring together health experts and community leaders to discuss key policies and activities to improve the health and care experiences for Indigenous people in Saskatchewan on May 25.
