Media Advisory/Photo Op – BODY WORLDS launches The I Quit Campaign during National Non-Smoking Week

Toronto, Jan. 14 – The Ontario Science Centre is marking National Non-Smoking week with I Quit – the smoking cessation program developed by the creators of BODY WORLDS. This launch is part of a joint event between the Ministry of Health Promotion, the Ontario Cancer Society, the Ontario Lung Association and the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Ontario Federation of Indian Friendship Centres.The launch will showcase efforts by all the partners in their united front to quell smoking and the different programs that are available to help smokers kick the habit, including first-hand experience of the Aging Machine which demonstrates the startling physical impact of smoking over the years.
