Media Advisory – Grants for fetal alcohol research announced

Ottawa, Sept. 13 – The Canadian Foundation on Fetal Alcohol Research (CFFAR) will announce its 3rd annual round of grant recipients.

The announcement will be made by CFFAR Chair Louise Nadeau, CFFAR Scientific Committee Review Head Gideon Koren and Brewers Association of Canada President Ian Faris, and will take place as part of the 11th Annual Fetal Alcohol Canadian Expertise (FACE) Research Roundtable.Date: Tuesday, September 14, 2010

The inaugural grant recipients will also present their studies’ findings during the conference. They will begin their presentations at 12:30pm.
