A Discovering Life Skills Program
Having a healthy self esteem means liking yourself, for the most part, as you are. A healthy self esteem starts with awareness.
You are invited to register for this 8-session program focussing on building a healthy self esteem. This interactive program encourages learners to explore concepts related to building positive self esteem. Applying these skills will improve success in life through increased self awareness and “Loving Yourself…Zaagidis”.Session Topics include: Building Trust, Increasing our self awareness, feeling good about ourselves, building a positive self image, self concept – who am I, Learning to cope with fear and thinking about hope.
Registration is required as space is limited. Registration deadline is May 1/12 and the first session is May 2/12. Classes begin at 10 a.m. and end with Lunch (provided). There is no fee. *OW recipients will be eligible for childcare and incentives through ASI.
