M’Chigeeng First Nation Mental Health First Aid Training

On May 17 and 18, 2012, Health Services will be hosting Mental Health First Aid Training.

Mental Health First Aid teaches skills to help someone who may be heading toward crisis or developing a mental health problem. Participants will learn signs and symptoms of common mental health problems, effective interventions and treatments and how to access help and resources in the community.ID TRAININGThe classes are from 9 am to 4 pm over two days (12 hours) and will take place at The Youth Centre. This training is free of charge. Participants must be 18+.
