Manitoba School Fruit and Vegetable Snack Pilot Project
Call for Expression of Interest. Deadline – November 14th, 2008.
In addition to the support already offered to schools by the Manitoba School Nutrition Support Team in developing and implementing school nutrition policies, the Child Nutrition Council of Manitoba is inviting expressions of interest for participation in its soon to be launched school fruit and vegetable snack pilot project. The project will impact approximately 1500 students in selected schools across the province. Selection criteria for participating schools will consider evidence of need and school capacity.Schools interested in participating in the Manitoba School Fruit and Vegetable Snack Pilot are asked to complete and return in the Call for Expression of Interest below.
