Covid Testing at the Clinic
Please help us stop the spread by getting tested and adhering to the guidelines
By knowing if you are positive or negative can keep our most vulnerable safe
Please follow BC guidelines and our Nurses directions if you are asked to isolate
Please remember when having a COVID test at the clinic, though the test is fairly quick it does take some time, and there are times where there may be a wait due to others in front of you, or other emergencies happening in the clinic.
If you test negative on the rapid test, and you are symptomatic, you must then have the swab in the nose or the gargle test. This will need to be sent to the lab for verification. The rapid test occasionally will miss a positive case. You and your family must self isolate until you have the results, usually 2-3 days.
If you are negative and you refuse the nasal swab or the gargle test, you and your family will be requested to self isolate for 10 days.
