Intergenerational Handbook: Check it out!

We’re very excited to be wrapping up our Intergenerational Connections project with our handbook, highlighting 10 different projects from around the territory. Our goal was to both recognize program coordinators and participants, while also inspiring other groups to develop their own intergenerational initiatives.
