TO THE DIRECTORS AND MEMBERSHIP:TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Indigenous Physicians Association of Canada (IPAC) will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel, 4591 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, British Columbia for the following purposes:
1. To receive and consider the annual report, the report of the directors and the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2010
2. To elect Directors for the ensuing term; and
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Membership.
