Health Region’s Mobile Clinic Getting New Stops – 730 CKDM

Prairie Mountain Health’s mobile clinic is getting a second route.

PMH CEO Penny Gilson says the first route has been going for two years, and now they’re looking at a route along the northeastern part of the health region.

“We are seeing the biggest probably uptake of that service in our First Nations communities. So Ochichakkosipi First Nation and Ebb & Flow First Nation are two of the communities — and there’ll likely be other spots along that second route — but those are two of the communities we’re targeting for the second route.”
