The Office of Audit and Evaluation, Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada, is conducting an evaluation of the First Nations and Inuit Supplementary Health Benefits (Non-Insured Health Benefits) Program or NIHB Program. The objective of the evaluation is to assess the relevance and performance of the activities of the NIHB Program between April 2009 and March 2015. The NIHB Program provides registered First Nations and recognized Inuit residents in Canada with a range of medically-necessary, health-related goods and services, not otherwise provided to eligible clients through other private or provincial/territorial programs.
The evaluation approach includes a survey with Inuit recipients of the above benefits. We hope you will be able to complete the survey to let us know your opinions and ideas. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary.
