COVID-19 Vaccines: Guidelines for People Living with HIV
As COVID-19 vaccines are becoming increasingly available, clinical guidance with regards to additional doses for people living with HIV is changing. Some public health authorities have recommended a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine for a small minority of people living with HIV who have untreated infection or are severely immunocompromised. The CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network (CTN) and CATIE have developed an online resource that includes recommendations, conditions and considerations for third shots for people living with HIV.
