Potential exposures to COVID-19 might have occurred if you:

Attended the Hand Games Tournament (August 5-9) in Fort Good Hope, Northwest Territories.

Travelled to Fort Good Hope, NWT or through the Yellowknife airport between August 5-17, 2021.

If you are not yet fully vaccinated, please isolate immediately for 14 days, starting from the date of departure. Please call the COVID-19 hotline at 1-888-975-8601 to schedule a test on Day 12 or 13 of the 14-days isolation.

If you are fully vaccinated, please self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms for 14 days. Please isolate immediately and call the COVID-19 hotline if any symptoms developed. In addition:

Please wear a mask in all indoor public spaces.

No indoor gatherings with those outside immediate household.

No restaurants, bars, or other public indoor spaces where masks need to be removed.
