The next chapter of the Indigenous Health Navigator (IHN) Project is here, and your voice is essential.

Building on the momentum of our recent focus groups, First Nations Health Managers Association (FNHMA) is moving into a critical refinement phase of the national IHN certification. We are hosting a series of in-depth individual and small-group interviews to ensure this certification is grounded in community realities, strengths, and lived experience.

This is your opportunity to help shape a national framework that reflects Indigenous knowledge, leadership, and practice.

We’re Seeking Your Guidance On:

  • Core Competency Indicators

  • PLAR (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition) Content

  • Curriculum and Resource Development

  • Additional Topics Identified by You or Your Group

Dates

  • Monday, March 23 – Thursday, March 26

Session Details

  • 90-minute sessions

  • Available between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

  • Honorariums will be provided in recognition of your time and knowledge

Whether you prefer to participate individually or alongside colleagues in a small group setting, your insights will directly influence the development of this national certification.
