The CEO of the First Nations Health Authority, Joe Gallagher, speaks to the Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association (AHHA) at The Quantum Leap conference on 10 September 2014.
He discusses the important of empowering Indigenous communities by involving them in health policy making process, as well as the importance of sharing ideas across countries and cultures.
The Quantum Leap conference was jointly hosted by AHHA and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS).
