Conference known as a forum for new ideas and fresh thinking on health care also launches HealthAchieve North

TORONTO, July 9, 2013 – Today, HealthAchieve, Canada’s largest health care conference and trade show, announced the 2013 line-up of speakers. From the man who infused a sense of wonder into a generation of Canadians, to the young woman who has been an inspiration in the face of adversity, and the British knight who challenges us to find our passion, Colonel Chris Hadfield, Hélène Campbell and Sir Ken Robinson will address thousands of health care professionals in Toronto on November 4-6 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

“HealthAchieve 2013 will have a revitalized focus on the elements that for eight decades have attracted the brightest minds and top decision makers in health care,” says Warren DiClemente, Chief Operating Officer, HealthAchieve. “Our goal is to give health professionals the opportunity to step outside their work environment and learn, share and evolve.”

In addition to over 50 sessions, the tradeshow floor will feature exhibitors demonstrating the latest in health innovation. The New Product Showcase will give us a glimpse into health technology and new products set to hit the health care market. Also on the tradeshow floor, the Green Lane will demonstrate the latest in environmentally sustainable thinking.

New this year, HealthAchieve North will take the HealthAchieve experience on the road with the first-ever satellite location in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Featuring keynote sessions broadcast live from Toronto, along with additional in‐person educational sessions and events. The new conference will address the unique challenges and opportunities of northern and rural communities.
