Food Security Funding Program – FINAL CALL
The City of Iqaluit is currently accepting project applications for remaining Food Security Funding initiative, for fiscal year ending March 31, 2022. The Food Security Fund supports projects up to $5,000. Deadline is Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
The City of Iqaluit Community Funding Committee reviews and scores applications and makes recommendations for funding allocations to City Council. Council approval is required prior to the awarding of any funds.

Community Wellness Funding Program – FALL CALL
The City of Iqaluit is currently accepting project applications from individuals and organizations for remaining Annual Project funding provided under the Government of Nunavut’s Community Wellness Funding 2020-2021. The Community Wellness Fund will support projects up to $5,000. Deadline is Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
The Community Wellness Fund is provided for community-based initiatives that aim to improve the health and well-being of Iqaluit and Nunavummiut. Projects should address one or more of the following priorities: Homelessness, Food Insecurity, Mental Health Initiatives, Culture/Special Events and Education/Innovation.
The City of Iqaluit Community Wellness Committee reviews, scores applications, and makes recommendations for funding allocations to City Council.
