Promising Practices in Indigenous Communities in Saskatchewan
A Documentary Screening and Premiere Event

Indigenous communities in Saskatchewan are experiencing HIV and AIDS rates among highest in Canada. Many communities are taking ownership of their health using culturally appropriate practices and addressing the epidemic.

These are their stories.

It is our hope that this film inspires other communities to address HIV and AIDS issues
utilizing their wise practices.

“I really dream of a day our communities are able to embrace HIV positive people so we can come home.”
