Boil Water Advisory Issued for Users of Alexis Creek Water System – CFNR

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued by the Cariboo Regional District for users of the Alexis Creek Water System.

Prompted by a chlorine pump failure, the advisory will remain in place until a new pump can be installed, and Interior Health is confident the water is safe.

Until then, residents are advised to use bottled water, for drinking, brushing teeth, dishwashing, preparing food, or making ice, or to boil tap water for one minute prior to use.
