Frontline Creative
Transferring knowledge into visual resources for youth
Frontline is pleased to announce their first project for Health Canada. It’s a comic book on bed bugs. Even if your skin is crawling, please try to read on if this topic interests you.
As many of you know, the Healthy Aboriginal Network and Frontline edit their draft stories with YouTube videos. We typically just use the one voice and rough pencil sketches, and ask youth and professionals to simply listen to the quality of the story – not the acting or the storyboards. We’d like to hear what you liked about the story, but more importantly, what changes we could implement to make the story better. If you have access to university aged youth, it would be especially good to hear from them as well. Particularly around the language between the characters. Please send your comments via email to sean[at]frontlinecreative.com by Tuesday, March 13th. Sorry for the tight deadline.
You can check out the video on our YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/user/FrontlineCreative. Or, if social media is blocked at your workplace you can check out the YouTube embed on our under construction website at www.frontlinecreative.com.
If you’d like to see what the bed bug comic book is going to look like when its done, check out HAN’s books at www.thehealthyaboriginal.net.
Frontline Creative creates comic books on health and social issues for all youth.
I appreciate your time,
