Position Summary
Interior Health is currently seeking a permanent full time Clinical Informatics Analyst II to support our Information Management Information Technology (IMIT) Health Information Exchange department. This position is based out of the Community Health & Services Centre in Kelowna, B.C.
Who are we looking for?
This position is for a Health Information Exchange Analyst. Qualified applicants should have a strong understanding of information exchange in a health care environment, as well as experience working with HL7 Standards, translating business requirements to functional and non-functional requirements for development teams, and implementing interoperability technologies.
What will you work on?
The Clinical Informatics Analyst II evaluates, plans, implements, tests, maintains and supports information systems which support clinical and health information needs throughout Interior Health in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards. This position provides consultative support and training to regional users of software applications.

Qualifications
• Graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science
• Two years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Ability to operate related equipment.
