The Central West and Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network wants to hear from you!

TORONTO, ON – A survey, created by the Local Health Integration Network in partnership with the Métis Nation of Ontario, aims to assist with the development of health programming to better meet the needs of First Nation, Métis and Inuit clients living in Halton area.Residents from Bolton, Brampton, Caledon, Dufferin County, Malton, Orangeville, Rexdale, Shelburne, Woodbridge, Georgetown, Acton, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Bronte, Port Credit and surrounding villages are invited to participate in this 30 minute survey.

All First Nations, Métis and Inuit residents from the targeted region who participate in the survey will be entered into a draw and be eligible to win cash prizes.
