The Nishnawbe Aski Nation (NAN) Health Summit will be held November 16 & 17, 2017 at The Senator Hotel, 14 Mountjoy South, Timmins, Ontario. This summit will bring together Chiefs, Health Directors, Councillors, NAN Health Advisory Group, NAN Executive Council and Medical Experts to share knowledge and develop solutions for addressing health transformation and critical issues that directly affect and impact NAN territory.
Registration
Chiefs plus one additional delegate are asked to complete this Registration Form to confirm his/her attendance and forward to the attention of Gail Dick, Health Advocacy and Engagement Coordinator via email [email protected] or by fax (807)623-7730.
Travel
Travel will be covered for Chiefs plus one delegate. Travel days are Wednesday, November 15, 2017 and Saturday, November 18, 2017. Air travel will be booked by NAN staff or for the use of a personal vehicle; mileage will be covered and based on the NAN rate. As required by NAN Chiefs Finance Committee, the most economical arrangements will be made to keep the overall costs to a minimum. Please note we are looking into acquiring a charter service from Thunder Bay to Timmins returning Friday evening. The charter will be confirmed shortly. If you are interested in a charter service from Thunder Bay to Timmins, please indicate on your registration form.
Accommodations
Accommodations for Chiefs, delegates, Elders, and guests of NAN will be booked by NAN Staff.
