CMA Physician Health and Well-being – Post-conference workshop

Join your colleagues for lunch and an interactive afternoon workshop session on physician health and well-being, where you will reflect on your own resiliency and appreciate your own needs as a person and as a physician. Also learn to recognize patterns of stress and how to manage them effectively for the benefit of your own health and well-being, as well as for your family, colleagues and patients.
